I think my ram is dead O_o

Well if your RAM was dead as far as i know your PC wouldn't get past the POST (Beep Routine), but I could be wrong if you have multiple sticks, but fairly sure that would be the case.
 
No reason to believe it's dead from the screen shot.

Tho it's running in single-channel mode, so you probably have one of the sticks in the wrong slot.

And you'll have to set the correct timings and speed manually in your BIOS (CPU-Z should read 400mhz 4-4-4-12).
