I think the Overclock failed? Please help.

Now when I booted for the first time to install windows a message popped up and said something about overclock failed. I have a feeling I'm now running stock speeds, what's the best way to check? Thanks

Use CPU-Z, you may need to run a program in the backround in case speedstep is enabled, use prime95 for this.

It did fail, but I just went back into bios and saved the settings again and its now running 4Ghz. Whats a good app to see temps?
