I think this might be my build

I should have said, I've got a few bits already. Including the RAM and SSD.
I was looking at that drive actually, but couldn't pass up a deal on those parts, £93 for the pair.

I've been getting a lot of mixed messages about that. I wouldn't mind saving a bit of cash, but I don't want to find myself running short of juice later down the line.

Measured power consumption two cards in SLI x2
System in IDLE = 160W
System Wattage with GPUs in FULL Stress = 433W
Difference (GPU load) = 273W
Add average IDLE wattage ~20W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 293 Watts

GeForce GTX 670 2x SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

Also their tests ytem is a more power hungry socket 1366 based system.

Thanks for that, your "underboss" status alone makes me trust your judgment over others, but backed be cold hard facts, there's no arguing the point really.
Would you take the seasonic over the ax750?

both are nearly the same as far as i understand the ax750 is re branded seasonic

Makes sense.
I think I might have to stay away from the Internet until payday, I'm feeling pretty confident about my build right now, but every time I start to browse my spec changes.
