Basically i will be getting a case with a window in it soon and so I want something that is in my case that I can look at that looks good and something I really like. I'm thinking of THIS but it is way over my £100 budget, I love sound and so would be appropriate. This may sound stupid but anyone got any suggestions. I want something that I can't wait to get home to use my comp because of it something that makes me keeping looking in the comp to look at something that is really cool. This may sound completing stupid but whatever!
I want a piece of hardware that is special! Not retarded!

lol, I bet only a handful on the planet would have a setup like that. Not counting complete submersion rigs ofc.
You should overclock the sound card too while you're at it

buy something really cool when you have the money for it like a nice shiny Asus motherboard, a nice graphics cards, maybe some led fans that look nice... the sound card, I dunno

Remember with most pci type devices, they go in effectively upside down, so you only get to see the back and side of the circuit board, which has nothing nice to look at. rarely do they make the side we see pretty..
Also sound cards are usually placed at the bottom of the case to make room for the gfx cards in the faster slots.
As others have said save your cash.. if you must maybe some led fans/cathode lamps.. - depends how tacky you wish togo.
Here is a piccy of a Asus Xonar Essence STX in a water cooled case.. - probably sounds great - looks... you decide..

I was wondering what the reservoir was doing at the bottom of the loop.. must have made filling a right pain
