Had the Q6600 for a while now, it ran in my old Gigabyte P965 @ 3420mhz fine but i wanted more, so a month a go i bought a second hand Abit IP35 off these forums. Now I've had this 10.5hrs stable @ 3500mhz 1.44v.

Now im trying for 3600mhz, im using 1.54v in bios which makes it 1.52v in windows and 1.47 under load!

I'm getting slightly uncomfartable putting any more volts through it, vdroop is making it really difficult for me to get 1.5 under load as it will be 1.55 idle which is worrying me a tad.

Also temps are near enough stopping me going much higer with the vcore aswell.

Could do wit a vdroop mod really or a newer board with less / no vdroop.

Any ideas?

Rig in sig apart from my Abit IP35 mobo.

For those voltages you're gonna need water cooling. Current batch of q6600s are hit and miss - 1.3250vid are a bit poor.
