I want more

On a sadder note, I'm very worried about the farm back home. At the moment, Stanford is showing 12 cores running.

I should have 18 - 2 on the laptop here, 10 in my bedroom and 6 in the sitting room. the 2 I have here added to the 10 in the bedroom make 12. I can't help seeing an image of the sitting room ransacked and devoid of PCs and monitors (including the new Conroe rig and a 2405FPW ).

I hope I'm worrying over nothing and it's just a blown fuse or something but there's about £4500 worth of computer equipment in there and everybody else is offshore and there is no-one to check on things for me.

Memory speed seems to help more than processor speed.

First wu with advmethods on is a 170 ppd 396 pointer. Disappointed

Gonna go back to the 600 pointers I think.
