I want one of these WOW 43"

I like the idea, but the resolution isn't so high. For example, you will get 50% more pixels with a 30" 2560*1600 screen. Also, the aspect ratio is just the same as two 16:9 screens (not that this is neccesarily a bad thing... but it's not quite as panoramic as an eyefinity setup).

I'd love to see more of these, but with (say) a 3840*1200 resolution (i.e. 2 x 1920*1200), and a little bigger. Perhaps closer to 50".

For me, the most interesting part of the article is this claim:

Also, the frame buffer response time is at 0.2 ms, which means no page tearing artifacts and no need of vertical synchronization

It would be great to see a review analyse these claims. If they're well founded, then this would be a great addition to mainstream monitors!

Haha that's so funny. What a waste and extremely over priced.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't even need to bash the monitors ridiculous design, size and resolution.

For 5000 euros,

I could buy 4 30in Dell 3008WFP

Honestly, I see what they were trying to do and I like the idea, Alienware has done something similar too but 5000 euros?

GTFO.
