I want to force a res on my x1900!

I want to play quake 4 at 1600x1200, I have a dell 2405 so its more than capable but it keeps stretching it across the whole 1920x1200 screen.

I'd rather have it at true 1600x1200 and have small black lines down each side, I've clicked "use centered timings" in the control panel and its still stretching it..

It was so easy with my 7800 any ideas?

Does your monitor have a "native resolution/non stretch" mode? My Philips does

well it has options for scaling which has the option for 1:1, fill and aspect but they're all greyed out?
