I want to overclock for the first time

That psu looks decidedly dodgy, I don't think I'd like to be doing too much overclocking with that, and you could really do with a better cpu fan and better case airflow before going to mad.
 
There's quite a few good one's to choose from, you could get something like this or this, or if they're a bit pricy for you maybe go for this which has always been a favourite budget cooler.
 
Did have am2 4200+ in my system ran it around 2.6-2.75Ghz (250*11) became unstable at anything higher, though didn't go above 1.45v. Arctic cooler 64 is good & quiet and should keep your system cool.

Just upgraded my bios for 7750BE to go in, and now (4200+) won't run above 211*11 without blue screening or crashing windows, damn thing
