I want to overclock my GFX..worth it?

Howzit Guys.

I've currently got the current spec machine:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2.8Ghz
2 x 1GB DDR2 667 Memory
XFX 8800GTS 320MB XXX version (Pre-Clocked card)

Also running Windows Vista Ultimate.

At the moment, most games run just fine. The obviouse one, being Crysis that doesn't run 100%. With everything on high it's just playable.

So, was just wondering..would it really be worth it to see what I can get out of this card or just leave it?

If I was to overclock it, what tools do you guys recomend I use?

yea overclocking always helps, but what res do you play at?

btw is that the furthest you can get your e4400? or have you not tried pushing it?

I play @ 1280 x 1024.

Yes, I have gotten it to 2.9Ghz, not 100% stable. Think it's the mainboard or memory or PSU..donno.
