i thanks for the answers

You may want to read this overclocking guide for beginners. :)

Basically, go into the motherboard's BIOS (usually by pressing DEL during startup), find the CPU settings and increase the CPU Multiplier. Since your CPU is a Black Edition, it makes things a lot easier since you don't need to worry about increasing bus speeds and CPU->NB multipliers and such. If you only want a small increase (~400-600MHz) you should be fine on the standard voltage. Be careful with the voltage though!

I really recommend reading the guide I linked to though, just to give you an idea of what you need to know.

my cpu amd x6 1055T is not a black edition and the multiplier you can not increase !

the multiplier is by 14x 200 mhz i must do it with manuell settings

and i dont know how i maded

only the bus speed i can increase

Ahh, sorry, was thinking of the 1090T. In that case, increase the bus speed to 229 to get a clock speed of 3206 MHz. You might need to lower the memory speed as well, just find the memory settings in BIOS and put Clock to something lower than 667. I'd try with standard memory settings, but it might give you problems.
