I want to spend about a Grand on an I7 build

Hi, I'm looking for opinion's on what i should buy.
I am willing to spend about a £1000 on a new build. I already have a graphics card to use to start with so its for the case, PSU, Motherboard, Memory etc. I want I7 processor with Asus mother board. I'm new to this and would like to have a go at overclocking myself.

Is it cheaper to do it yourself or buy one of the OC'd systems from here?

Any advice will be gratefully recieved.

Yes i can, i intend to build it in the new year and prefferably in the sales!

Forgive me but what is Sandybridge?? is it the new thing?? Major change??
