F1 game coming from Codemasters next year I believe.

So there is...

http://www.simracingworld.com/games/253-codemasters-formula-one-2009-f1-the-game/

Codemasters now have the rights to develop a series of Formula One games across multiple platforms and multiple years. "Formula One 2009 / F1 - The Game" is an un-official name for the first game in the series which will be released sometime during 2009. Following the acquisition of the Sega Racing Studio, there are now 350 people working on the Formula One project. PC owners will be happy to know that the game has officially been confirmed for the PC as well as consoles. According to Codemasters the game will be aimed at both simulation fans as well as those new to the genre and the American market.

Sounds promising!

Nice, glad to know they're working on it. I mainly want it for the online side of things, will be totally fantastic if they get the lobbying and everything right this time. I love the calm and tactical approach online, picking my opponents off on the sly, that's my type of game.

:D

I want them games too.

Although you can keep your rugby union ;)

It's not too high up my list but I'd still love to play a decent looking Rugby game. I remember my mate brought round one for the PS2 light years ago and I was the don at it. Picked it up and tonked him every time, he'd been playing it for weeks.

We could have an OcUK tournament and everything, would make a change from Fifa!

I'd still be play GRAW2 now if the lobby was anywhere near as good as COD. I hope to god they improve it from the system they use where you start a game and half the players lag out. Or the superb game type where you have big armies of bots that even a 1.3meg up line still drops half the players.

The maps and future support ubisoft provide is 2nd only to rockband, yet the lag and lobby ruin the game.

I went back a few weeks ago to play GRAW2 online and it took me 30 minutes to find a stable lobby then the host closed it.
