There are plenty of pictures of massively overbuilt body builders. There are genuine, real examples of this kind of thing all over the place, I am pretty surprised none of you have heard of or seen this kind of thing.

Some other freaks of steroid abuse:

The first picture is quite clearly fake. And well greg valentino is just a muppet, he was a good bodybuilder with a fantastic body until he decided to abuse synthol, and now well he looks like a mess.
