my 3-4 year old dinovo edge keyboard has had minor charging issues.....i mentioned this to there customer services and they want to send me a new one...i couldnt give them the numbers of the back because they are worn off but sent them a pic of the worn label.....i also couldnt give them a receipt because i didnt have one but that didnt seem to bother them either....all they wanted was a pick of the keyboard with the rma they gave me next to it on a piece of paper.....
i am totally shocked at how good someones customer service can be....i mean within 2-3 minutes of sending emails they were replying to them and always with a positive answer....well done logitech you now have one more customer for life....your products are fantastic and so is your customer service.....if carlsberg made computer products logitech would be it
