my 3-4 year old dinovo edge keyboard has had minor charging issues.....i mentioned this to there customer services and they want to send me a new one...i couldnt give them the numbers of the back because they are worn off but sent them a pic of the worn label.....i also couldnt give them a receipt because i didnt have one but that didnt seem to bother them either....all they wanted was a pick of the keyboard with the rma they gave me next to it on a piece of paper.....

i am totally shocked at how good someones customer service can be....i mean within 2-3 minutes of sending emails they were replying to them and always with a positive answer....well done logitech you now have one more customer for life....your products are fantastic and so is your customer service.....if carlsberg made computer products logitech would be it :D

That's good service that.

I am trying to rma a psu to Ocz and after 4 days and no reply to my thread i made a post saying is everyone on holiday

got a reply for a official staff saying no one is on holiday we are just very busy.

One week later still nothing

so i made another post in my thread saying one week bump. 3 days later still nothing. Ocz are rubbish.

If only logitec made psu's

i needed to RMA a psu to OCZ. waste of time they tell you they only accpect courier delivery's and to send a PSU to holland its about £35! not much point when the PSU was £50

Second the excellent customer service from logitech. Had absolutely no trouble getting a new VX nano after the one I bought developed a dodgy sensor.

I have yet to hear about a bad experience with logitech.

even in my few weeks of being here i have found that this is the norm from logitech. they have incredible customer service

This is a plus from Logitech, this is why a lot of people choose their products. It's the same way Apple go. No real fuss about changing products or replacing them.

im still in shock about how that played out......its not like it was just for a tenners worth of keyboard and i didnt have a receipt...and it was nearly 2 years out of warrenty

+1 for excellent service from Logitech.Replaced my MX518 for free, when it developed an issue with the right click button. And the new mouse was with me in 3 days.

You can get it delivered for 20 done it before. Also they normally give you a better psu as most of the time they Dont make the one you had any more. But there still really slow
