I don't suppose it occurred to any of these EUSSR technical geniuses that halving the power of vacuum cleaners means people might hoover for twice as long??
My 2Kw Hoover bag-less is great. I can do a whole room in less than a minute!
Just how much do these idiots think one can save in a year by limiting the power of, what is basically, a power tool! (Are they going to limit the power of other power tools too, such as drills etc??
