I wonde what volts my Mobo uses when I let it handle voltages

Is there any software I can use that can tell me voltages used to clock my CPU. I set my motherboard to handle the voltages has it kept failing in prime when I set it manually.I'd like to know what the motherbord is doing so I can get and idea where I myself was going wrong and where the motherboard itself is getting right.

CPU-Z, Everest and PC Wizard will show you roughly the current voltage in Windows (tho the BIOS option to get the same voltage would be quite a bit higher due to vdroop and vdrop).
