You'll probably be limited in some CPU intensive games (likely drop to around 30fps, possibly 20's).
Something like a GTX960 would probably be a good fit IMO, or an AMD 380/X but I think Nvidia works better (less of a bottleneck) with a lower powered CPU.

i dont get why one would knowingly pick lower GPU than what he can afford, even if you are going to be CPU bound, you would still get the best performance possible from your rig, but if you go for lower gpu trying not to hit the bottleneck, you will just end up with lower overall perf.
you have a budget buy the best GPU your budget gets, when it's time to pick a new cpu, you will have more perf, and less pressure to upgrade GPU at the same time.
