Just cobbled a old but new to me system and wondered if everything was ok as i have no clue what im doing these days lol and what i should be looking for regarding memory speeds.
I have 6gb of those modules.Bought as described like this...
3 x 2GB DDR3 1333 6-6-6 Micron D9's (This RAM is great for extreme benching, this is not your normal DDR3 RAM, it will do 1700/7-7-7, 2150/8-8-8 & 2300/8-9-8 with the right setup.)
Motherboard is a MSI H55M ED55 and im on standard cooler at the moment, but want to understand what im doing with this newer stuff these days its beyond me as im used to socket 775 stuff.
