i3 530 overclock settings?

21 multi, BClk 190, start with Vcore @ around 1.25v, set memory divider to keep ram speed at or below rated speed (takes the ram out of the equation for errors). Keep an eye on temps, you don't want to go above 70c-75c. Try that lot as a start point. Shouldn't be any need to touch PLL voltage or any of that malarky.
I got a very similar set up here that I got to play around with while off sick from work, and found the sweet spot is 3.8ghz at currently 1.175 Vcore after an hour of prime 95. Very low voltage and temps never go above 47c, same cooler as you as well, arctic cooling pro (with the white fan), needs at least 8 hours prime 95 to ensure system is stable.

Do you intend to use the 7850 with your current build, because i think that would bottleneck the card a lot. Also i have this processor and may oc it some day ,oist back what you get.

Highly unlikely, even when running at stock I reckon there'd be no bottleneck.
Say running GTX 580 in Sli, then you "might" get some but otherwise no.:)

I have finally ordered an MSI HD 7850 Power Edition Twin Frozr IV OC 2048MB video card.

I tried to OC my i3 530 a while ago and did not succeed whatsoever!

I'll have to look for that 'memory divider' as my 1333 RAM probably won't handle higher frequencies

Does anyone have a walkthrough or template for my mobo (Gigabyte H55M-UD2H)?
