i3 6100 GPU won't work

I am trying to use the i3 6100 530 graphics while i wait for replacement GPU but it does not work.

Current spec:
i3 6100
Asus H110M-A motherboard
16GB RAM Kingston Hyper Fury 2400 MHz
Windows 10.

Reset the CMOS, it probably thinks the GPU is still connected.
