Go with a 2120 over a 2100 as they are faster and they are only about £3 more.

As he said. 2100s used to be a good bit cheaper than 2120s which accounts for a lot of their good press, but now there's little reason to go with the 2100 unless you're really strapped for cash.
Ignore the T series unless you specifically need a low power or silent build.
