i3 Overclock Temps

Hi all,

I'm running a stock i3-530 at 3.76 (171 x 22)

The temps in real temp under 100% load with Prime95 are between 93 - 101oC

It runs all days with no errors but is the temp to high?

I have the same CPU at 173x22 for 3.8ghz with intel stock cooler , mine ides 33/34c prime95 loads 70c/ 71c with not very good air flow in my casereal temp monitor program.

I use the intel speedstep to lower my cpu clock and volts to save energy, using cpu offset funtion in my bios..
ides 0.944v
load 1.224v

look at your cpu core voltage in the bios.... if its on auto setting maybe its over volting it ... mine does this on asus P7H55-M gives me over 1.3 volts... way to much and the temps go way up

To high, by a fair margin as well, I wouldnt want anything over 75c at 100% load
