i3 overclocking possible?

System config:

Intel i3 4130 3.4Ghz Haswell
TeamGroup 8Gb (4gbx2) PC3-12800 DDR3
MSI B85-G43

I have no idea what I'm doing so would like some help. Even if I can manage 100mhz OC I will be happy as long as I don't have to increase the voltage to keep the temp down.

Is it just a case of changing the FSB a few notches to get to 3.5Ghz?

The cpu is multiplier locked so yeah the only overclocking option you have is upping the Bclk. 103mhz will give you 3502mhz , keep going up by 1mhz at a time and run a prime stress test.

Pretty much trial and error.

Thanks. In BIOS where does "Bclk" come under?
And is that the only thing i change?

After some research the FSB/BCLK/HT Bus is not available on a "non-K processor"

No i3 overclocking sadly

But on z68/77 I could oc a Pentium g620 CPU,same for an I3 3220 CPU

Maybe the latest BIOS is missing the setting?
