I have just found out that a new unlocked i3 sandybridge is coming out :

This could be an interesting chip over-clocking wise as the i3 runs very cool with only 2 cores - I'm already thinking it may be my next budget build and over-clocking project. If it is £100 or less this could be a great entry level chip.
It has a stock clock of 3.3ghz so realistically aiming for 4.5ghz overclocked would be my initial aim and then push towards 5ghz
Combined with a £70 Asus p67 board and 8gb DDR3 and a 6770 ati card for around £300 I could have a really nice PC which I could just drop an i7 2600k into once the prices drop.
