Its your gpu. May i advise on a 6950/560ti depending on your preference.

You may be able to run high smoothly, but ultra with 4xaa is way too much for your 5830.
 
Turn down the settings, make do for a month or two, and wait for AMD 7xxx series cards.

They seem to be due December/January.
