Replying for my friend.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 not sure about the ram i think 2x 8gb of corsair.
I think he got a decent deal...its a prebuilt which he got on ebay for £350...it came with a 7950/70 and was well looked after.
It has a 120mm intake at the front a 120mm rear exhaust. The side of the case can take a 2x140mm(i think)
Its got a stock cooler and the temps jumped up into the 70/80s after a couple of minutes playing the hunter.

Thanks

The RAM is low-profile as it has no heatsink (from what I can see). And the top PCI-E slot on the motherboard goes into the second expansion slot of the case. That means the largest CPU coolers would fit there, if only the ceiling wasn't so damn close to the motherboard (it seems to be). So I'd be reluctant to recommend a 140mm fan cooler unless I knew the exact interior dimensions.

Doesn't look like it can handle a radiator either. It might do a 120 on the rear, but it might not (ceiling again might be an issue).

So I'd look for the best 120mm fan cooler that fits, as the 4770K runs well hot.

Apparently the CPU cooler height clearance is 157mm. Don't quote me though, it's not the manufacturer's description but a seller's.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £121.43
(includes shipping: £10.50)

A couple of these are 158mm tall, but I don't think that would be a problem. Can't go wrong with any of these, but might be able to do better.

P.S. Chuck that ancient power supply and get a decent one.

Thanks for the feedback danny75. My friend wont be buying until next month which will give me the opportunity to have a closer look. Im thinking an AIO maybe preferable due airflow in the case as 7900 tend to run hot. Perhaps a H600 Kuhler 120mm if it will fit. If not will go for an air cooling solution.
As i said the temps jumped upto 70/80 pretty quick it would be preferable to keep them around 60c if possible.

Thanks
