Right guys and gals,
I have a 2400 sandy bridge, now I'm not trying to overclock it as such (I knew I would need a K version for this.) But using the Intel Extreme tuning util for my motherboard. I can get a max turbo of 3.8 1core , 3.7 2-3 cores and 3.6 for 4 cores.
So a nice little power up, thing is I can't make out if there is any extra voltage needed or setting. The MB seems to step up the juice to max i've seen is 1.308 and it's definately less at stock turbo.
I suppose I am just asking what are other peoples experience with this chip, not much on the net that is aimed at this 2400 soley.
