i5 2500. Non K

Will the 2500 non k be bottlenecked by a gtx970.

I have a 1070 on order and was hoping to put my 970 in my son's rig.
If it would bottleneck could some one recommend an affordable AMD CPU and MOBO solution? In hoping the 2500 will still be OK though.
