Hi and welcome to forums

Can you confirm which Coolermaster PSU youre looking at? Though theres better options than coolermaster anyway, have a look at the new OCZ Z series or the Antec Truepower Modular ones

Do you need the additional features the Pro board offers over the normal one? Because if not you could save yourself some money there, maybe use that money saved to switch up to a 570 gfx card, nothing wrong with 560, just balancing overall budget

HDD prices are sky high ATM, if you have an old one you can re-use look at that, if not thenId just get a 500gig Seagate personally, though another option could be to get a SSD and wait for a while before getting a mechanical for storage, hopefully prices will of returned to normal by then, unless you need storage now. Depends on budget also

Optical theres not much in it, I prefer retail ones for the packaged software, just get the cheapest you need, whether it be DVD-RW SATA or Blu Ray, if you need Blu Ray

Rest Looks good

Good Luck and dont hesitate to ask if youre not sure

I see the Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 get recommended a lot and it's £82 and overclocks quite easily.

The above is good yes, basically just get the cheapest board that does everything you need it to, if you need the features of the pro then fair enough get it, but a lot of people, myself included years ago, buy top end boards when all they need is a basic one

Just need a mobo which is sufficient enough to OC my cpu to 4.5ghz :)

If this will do the trick i can save myself £65, thanks all!
