i5 2500k cooling question

And yet more questions about my planned build!

I currently have the Asaka Venom in my build but I am seriously considering the Antec Kúhler H2O 620.

What I would like to know is, would the Antec keep the CPU much cooler than air cooling? and which would be the most silent at idle? The PC will be in my room and I leave it on over night a few nights a week.

Basically is it worth the extra £ to got the water cooling route?

Forgot to mention I plan on OCing it as soon as I get it . . . Dunno if that makes a difference.

the venom will be more than enough , but i would imagin the antec would be slightly quieter
