i5 2500k Spec please

I've been well out of the hardware knowledge game for over three years now, coming up for an upgrade and been cleared to spend £800 but the less the better

Looking for :
CPU - and cooler for potential later OC'ing
Motherboard,
Ram,
SSD (60gb is fine)
Graphics

and hoping to recycle:

OCZ PowerStream 520w - if its up to the job?
DVD-RW (not a SATA one)
Case - Lian Li PC7 (for space knowledge)

i dont need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset or speaker system...

i say intel i5 2500k as the potential for overclocking is there and its pittance more than a standard i5

used to play Battlefield 3 and other such like games!

The ram may interfear with the cpu cooler, as the ram has large heatsinks.

The Crucial is a excellent SSD and cheaper than the Corsair, I think Stulid posted a review which showed the Crucial doing very well, especially with a new firmware.
