Hello,
I've just joined the folding at home team for OcUK.

I've got an Intel i5 2500K processor with a Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler on top of it. I've also got 2x 200mm case fans 'sucking in' at the front and 'blowing' air out of the top.

under 100% load my CPU's 4 core temp's are 63c, 66c, 67c and 59c. They will go up one degree every hour or so if i use the computer at the same time.

My question is, are these safe operating temperatures for my CPU and could prolonged 100% load and these tems cause any damage to my system?

Start to worry when your cores reach 85c +.

Intel CPUs will throttle themselves when temps go to high.
