Thinking of upgrading my system from i5 2500K @ 4.2 (currently) to 4690K

My current specs are:

120gb SSD
3tb WD Black
Z77 D3H
R9 290X
16gb Ram
i5 2500K

Is it worth shelling out for a new mobo and CPU?
