Hi which cooling should i chose for i5 2500k
Those are my spec
i5 2500k
Asus P8Z68-V LX
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 XMS3
Zalman Z9-Plus
730W PSU, Be Quiet BN183, Modular, 88% Eff', 80 PLUS Bronze
GTS 250 1GB (Change to 560ti or 6950 2gb in future)

Those that iam thinking of
Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 (2 fans)
Antec Kúhler H2O 620 CPU Watercooler
Corsair H40
ThermalTake Frio CL-P0564, Dual 120mm Fan
Any other that you would recommend ?

I'd personally go for the antec kuhler out of your list because I think the all in one water cooling loops look tidier than any other sort of cooler and will handle almost anything you throw at it overclocking wise.

But it really depends on what you're doing. If you're not going to overclock that i5 at all then just go for something low end in the £20 zone, if you're thinking of bumping it up to 4Ghz - 4.4Ghz the antec would be perfect and quiet, if you want to go above that to say 4.5 and dare I say it above that, maybe an Noctua NH-D14 would be more practical albeit more expensive.

Depends how much you want to spend?

The tranquillo is probably the best value cooler, but best performing is either the Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks PH-TC14PE. Or shop about and see if you can find a Thermalright Silver Arrow.

Personally not keen on the closed loop water cooling kits. If you are going to go watercooling, do it properly.

I want to OC to 4Ghz maybe in 2 years i will go to 4,4Ghz

EDIT:
I found the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UHntkLV2pQ&feature=related

He's only going to 4Ghz though so anything over the £50 bracket it going to be total overkill.

In fact, even £45 I would say is a lot for something the stock i5-2500K cooler can adequately deal with. But I would justify the H40 or the Antec Kuhler on the fact that they are quiet and they do make the inside of your case look pretty, especially if you have a windowed case at all.

I want performance.
The look doesnt matter that much...as all of them look nice.
So now its Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo vs Antec Kúhler H2O 620

EDIT:
What about those Gelid Solutions GX7, Coolermaster V6GT, Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced BK014

Or is the watercooling best option ?

In that case, the first reply was spot on. Gelid Tranquillo is quiet and will handle up to 4.6GHz.
Don't be fooled into thinking the the All in one water coolers are quiet. That's only when they are running at slow speed, then they don't cool that well.
If you want to OC a bit further in the future you'll have to up the fan speed to get decent cooling, then they become VERY loud . But yes they do look quite smart.

That cooler in the video is the Noctua NH-D14, which I've got. It's one of the best 3 air coolers available, along with the Phantek and Silver Arrow, but is expensive.

There you go if you're looking for performance this is how they perform on an overclocked i7 920 @ 4GHz
Bear in mind the Antec 920 in 3rd would be deafening at those settings, where as the Noctua or Silver Arrow would be very quiet ;)

So which one of these ?

Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo (will it fit in zalman z9 ?)
Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced BK014
Gelid Solutions GX7
Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140mm Fan
Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 (2 fans)
ThermalTake Frio CL-P0564, Dual 120mm Fan

I am getting confused :(

Out of those the Dark Rock is highly regarded, but is out of stock.

Edit: the Frio you've just added is better than any of them :D (but it's £56)

What do you mean by Antec 920 would be deafening and Noctua/SA would be very quiet? Do you mean Antec 920 would be really loud that it would be deafening or as in its really quiet where as Noctua/SA are just very quiet.

The 920 on Extreme mode with 2 fans would be that LOUD you wouldn't want to be in the same room
