Yeah its stable and I'm using the Kuhler 620 its hitting 69C on one of the cores and 64ish on the rest. Prime95'ed it for 4 hours so far without a BSOD.
I dont really think ill see much of a performance increase in gaming if I was to try and push the CPU to 4.8 so I think ill just leave it there for now.
depending on your gfx card then 4.5GHz is probably more than enough of an OC my gfx cards seem to like the extra 100-300MHz so im trying to get the 4.8GHz stable, but it looks like i will need a new psu for that.
