I've the i5 3570K (Gigabyte Z77 D3H) at 4.5GHz, these are the settings I've changed and everything is at default,

CPU Clock Ratio: 45
X.M.P: Profile 1
PWM Phase Control: eXm Perf
VCore Voltage Response: Fast
VCore Loadline Calibration: Medium
CPU VCore: 1.210V (Normal)
Dynamic VCore (DVID): +0.020

Currently stress testing with Prime95 with these settings,

40 minutes and ongoing into stress testing and here's the result,

CPU-Z reports the Core Voltage under load is 1.332V max, and sometime changes to 1.320 and 1.308,

I was told by webbo i think his name was to use LLC to high, dvid to +0.015 and thats working for me so far. Max volts in cpuz was about 1.176v. Might save u some temp if it works for u.

I duno if mines stable im just right now trying 4.5ghz on the same cpu and motherboard as u. Using a antec kuhler 620 with 2 sythe fans in push and pull. What cooler u using?

As above, ive clocked mine today but my DVID is set to +0.020.

Ratio: 45
LLC: Turbo (gigabyte board)
CPU Core: Normal
DVID: +0.020 (to stop WHEA errors, actually passed prime and burntest set at 0.00)
CPU PLL: 1.6v

Prime/Burntest Core Voltage shows 1.152v, VID shows 1.141/1.146v, temps are about 74 but normal use never gets that high. Currently playing CS:S and max was 43c :) (not sure what my room temp is and im running a Corsair H50 i think it is!)
