i5-3570k overclock...?

I have an i5 3570k with an ASUS sabertooth motherboard and 16gb of Samsung green RAM, 7970 3GB if that makes any difference.

I have the ASUS software installed and was wondering what numbers to use on the CPU, DRAM and what not and what I should be looking to achieve safely...?

You should be using an after market CPU cooler if you're thinking of overclocking. IB chips get hot. Do you have one ?

I have an h50 water cooler.

I do suggest you take over locking in slow increments.
Also I suggest you have a gander at the official Asus sabertooth forums as they should have a guide.

as above but i think you might want to look at the H100 or equivalent the H50 will give high temps if you try to OC to much

H50 isn't exactly a slouch when it comes to cooling, should be able to get 4.4+ on the H50 and 3570k.
