i5 3570k problem

Hi guys i got problem with my new i5 3570k on ga z77x ud3p.
After installing cpu and power on i can get even to bios instead i get blank blue scren or when i connect to mobo shatered screen divided on half.
Can be cpu be faulty and i did tryed diferent mobo whith same result.
Please help

its dvi cable, i tried other 2 ports on graphic card but then i get blank blue screen.
The 1st board i tried was second hand gigabyte z77 chipset and same things happenning, this one is brand new from ocuk and again cant get to bios nothing.

i5 3570k new ocuk
GA Z77X UD3H new ocuk
Memory Samsung 2x4GB ddr3 M379B5273DH0 - YK0 new
Vapor x 7950 new
PSU Corsair 750W old
Win 8 Pro x64
 
Yes as I mentioned before I tried and photo showingwwhat'shhappened
Yes tried clear smos I tried remove everything and run on mobo graphics card but
Still as in photo aboce
 
well i tried one ram stick in diferent slots diferent mobo all cables working fine and psu aswell as i using it right now with my current setup q6600 asus p5q deluxe.
So most likely even unexpected CPU can be the problem?
 
Rmaed Mobo and Cpu but it worked all good at ocuk so I bought different ram
Kingston Hyper X but no difference tried old, 460 GTX same thing.blue screen and A6
Code on mobo
Only difference is when I connect old monitor to vga mobo conector that is only time
I managed to boot in Windows.

Heeeelp what the heck is wrong
 
Wazza300 I owe you big time it was that bloody bios settings after i changed it bang straight to windows. You make my day you dont know how much i was looking for answer on google THX THX THX :)))
