I have just received my i5 9600KF but I don't have a cooler for it yet will the stock cooler from my old i5 3570k do for an month until I can get a new cooler? The 3570k has a TDP of 77 and the 9600KF is 95 so its maybe too much of an ask of the stock 3570k cooler?

It will work, for stock speeds. Make sure case airflow is decent and keep an eye on temperatures. The majority of Intel stock coolers are identical in performance.
Thanks for the advice, I won't be overclocking until I get my new cooler. I did have a corsair hydro H80i for the i5 3570k but I sold this with my old components. I will try the stock cooler and see how it goes hopefully it does the job until I can get a new cooler in a month
