i5 3570K + Win7 bottleneck?

Would a i5 3570K + Win7 bottleneck GTX 980's in SLI? I'm thinking it might to point that its probably not worth upgrading but I could be wrong.

There is a possibility that the i5 will bottleneck the 980s in SLi, really you're looking at an i7. Also, the OS won't impact on its performance but you will see better results running Win 8.1

Any reason you're getting 2x980s? I'd have thought one would be more than enough unless running 4k.

Or 970 SLI, much cheaper option with more than enough firepower.

The i5 will still be a slight bottleneck but nothing major.
