Hey guys

I have a Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H and a i5 4670K.

My CPU wants way too many volts before it can go stable. I currently have Auto OC from the BIOS, having just changed the CPU multiplier to 45x (4.5GHz) it draws 1.404V on idle with around 55C.

This is really high, esp for my Alpenfohn K2 Mount Doom.

Any ideas on how I can get my voltage lowered? Manually even 1.35V isn't enough for 45x. Do I have a bad chip?

I am gonna delid it and go liquid metal soon
