Should have mentioned like i said in my post i used to use it but i don't anymore :) i use aida now

The 4690k's really do seem to clock a lot better than the 4670k thats for sure.Everyones 4690's seem to be able to do 4.6 in the 1.2-1.3 range,bit jelly.Takes 1.26 to get 4.4 on my 4670 :p

I did just switch to a custom loop from a 212 so i should push mine further lol
