Are those results fine for this cpu or i need to change something in BIOS? I set cache cap to 255.5 , set lld to 5(out of 7), manual vcore 1.25 and clock multiplyer to 4.4GHz(and xmp ram profile). I run test for like 45 minutes(is this testing ram for errors too like memtest?).

I set manual vcore, because offset and adaptive didnt work. Adaptive set my vcore to 1.52(!) which i think is skylake cpu limit(it didnt damage it if it was for like 10 minutes?) and i had cmos, because restoring to default didnt fix cpu v core and offset, no matter what i set during stress it was always 1.32-38. If u have any tips how to set ofset on asus z170 pro gaming it would be great.

BTW. vcore set at 1.25 for 13h day usage wont decrease cpu liftime? Its warmer few celsius while idling and takes more power overall. And is AIDA64 correct way of stresstesting or its on lower end and i shoul try something like occt?

Leaving the core voltage on stock and adding +50mV offset should do the trick. If not, take the offset up a little and try again.

I'm stress-test stable at 4.5GHz at stock Vcore +50mV offset. YMMV.
