i5 6600k artifacts

iam just testing intel integra and i noticed random red/white spots in world of tanks menus. I installed newer version from asuz z170 pro gaming web page and nothing. Then i installed windows 10(updated from w7) and didnt see artifacts in menus, then after few battles i noticed this random "artifacts" in menus poping and dissapearing every few sec/minutes. Havent noticed them in actuall game. My cpu temp while gaming goes up to 41C, dk what actuall gpu temp is.

I dont know much about integrated gpus but "snow" is usually associated with overheating GPU memory which in your case would be your RAM.

Yesterday when i turn off my pc i touched ram and it was cold, but i dont remember if i was gaming right before. why this snow occurs only in menus?

A quick googling around suggested making sure to get the latest drivers for the iGPU. Dont just stick with the ones windows decides on.
