Hi all,
I have z170n wifi with a i5 6600 (non k) which I paid £155 for, I am considering returning this and upgrading
So I have seen many threads i5 6600k vs i7 6700k but not the i5 6600k vs i7 6700 (non k)
I can get an i7 6700 (non k) for £220, (discounted due to poor customer service)
from my calculations the i5 6600k plus an ok cooler would be about £10 less = £210/£220
I have tried to find some benchmarks, and it seems the i5 would need to be OC to 4.5 to match the stock i7 6700.

also the oc i7 6700k only offers avg plus 5 fps @ 4.6

so I am asking for some feedback, Ive never overclocked in the past, i even owned a 3770k and left if stock for 2 years before i sold it.
in a nut shell, i5 6600k or i7 6700 (non k) at hte same price,.. what to do?
Thanks for any responses.
