i5-740 4.0 heatsink help

So im looking to overclock my i5-750 to 4.0 and im looking for a cooler at about £40 so i want to know if this corsair A70 will cut it or if i need somthing better.

First up remove the link, secondly provided you have LP ram and a deep enough case stump up the extra £10 or so and get a silver arrow. Failing that the venomous X should squeeze into you're budget.

I use the Megahalems (not sure what it costs these days) with a single low RPM Akasa 120mm fan.

Got my i5 750 at 4GHz on Asus P7P55D Pro, had to give it 1.36Vcore though.

Temps are <30C idle and don't exceed 78C on IBT at maximum.
