Mine too. I've been running it @5ghz 1.35v it does need an AVX offset. I have it at 2 haven't tried 1. I think it would get too hot at 1. With 2, core4 hits 86c core2 89c and the others stay near 80c while running prime95. I haven't tried reducing voltage to see if it stays stable yet. I'm using an EK a240 kit on it.

I have delided mine, and didn't worked with the TIM not a single second. Also what I saw when delided it, was bit of surprise. Almost no TIM at all under there, the silicon was touching the IHS bare on half of the surface. (pics posted on the other thread). Maybe you are suffering from those high temps because of that.

Atm is sitting at 1.39v at 5.1Ghz with 4.8Ghz ring and doesn't go over 50C with the predator 360 running at 50%, and can do 5.4Ghz at 1.405v but Ring cannot go over 4Ghz without crashing and temps are the 50-52C under a stress (but predator throttles to 60%).
