i5 Core temperatue differences

I seem to have a core on a i5 3570k that is ~ 10.0°C cooler than the other three (running stock at present), and drops to ~ 7.0°C after 1/2 hour of prime95. Is this normal or is there something wrong (cooling is a V8 OcUK watercooling kit)

Core 0: 24.0°C 46.0°C
Core 1: 14.0°C 38.0°C
Core 2: 24.0°C 46.0°C
Core 3: 23.0°C 45.0°C

Mine is pretty similair.

At idle, core 3 often reads as low as 12c, (max temps in pic were from playing bf3).
