I'm building an OC SB 2700K rig for BF4/Crisis as I picked up a good ROG board on the MM.
Have a 7950 already and wanted to CF in future, so went the i7 route. Typical the Haswell price drop almost put the 3770K within my budget! (if I hadn't already got the SB board I'd have gone the new route).
Your 2500K will sell for £100+ and if you're lucky you'll find a 2700K for around £150 (but they're rare as hens teeth). You should pick up a 2600K for less than that (they're more common, but still go like hot cakes!)
